Support Heroin Helper

Running Heroin Helper is more than a full-time job. In addition to all the work required just to run the site, we receive between Heroin Helper Shelter. ten and twenty e-mail questions per day. When I have the time, I can manage the site quite effectively, including answering e-mail within a day of getting it. But when I don't have the time, everything gets bogged down. This is happening right now. I'm two weeks behind in answering e-mail; there are three articles waiting to be edited; there are more than ten half-written articles of my own; and I have not not been able to do much work on two major Heroin Helper projects: "Complete Guide to Detox Options" and "The Annotated Opioids.com".

Your donation to the site will not only allow me to continue to improve and expand the information it provides; your donation may well be the difference between Heroin Helper continuing to exist. Unfortunately, this is just how bad the situation is.

Every day, roughly 500 different people visit Heroin Helper, each viewing six pages on average. But all this traffic results in about five books being sold per month; this is not even $40.00 and does not even cover the direct costs of domain registration, site hosting, and post office box rental.

The Importance of This Site

I feel very strongly that the work we do is of the highest importance. Unfortunately, our ideas are too radical for most funding agencies. In addition, with the poor economy, the funding for these kinds of projects is being greatly reduced. That means we must depend upon people like you to help us to keep working.
